Condos on the Las Vegas Strip (almost) Affordable Thanks To The Real Estate Bust

Living right there on the Las Vegas Strip? To me that sounds like a dream come true. You could walk everywhere and never have to deal with the traffic…or worry about your alcohol content.

However, I could never swallow the $300 per square foot 2005  prices of condos that hug Las Vegas Boulevard South.  But the Great Real Estate Depression has cured that. Prices per square foot are still higher than single family detached dwellings, but they have come down from the stratosphere to the atmosphere.

Some are even remodeling to give themselves an edge. The Martin, originally the third tower of the failed Panorama Towers project, just spent $3 million remodeling the 45-story tower. The Martin’s slogan is “effortless ownership” which includes concierge services, car service in case you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive and a room-cleaning service. (Now where do I sign up?)

High rise condos on the Strip include (in alphabetical order):

Allure

Mandarin Oriental

Palms Place (off the Strip but not far)

The Martin

Trump Tower

Turnberry Towers

Sky

Veer Towers

Call me if any of these are for you.

((hugs))
