Two great restaurant values in Las Vegas
Once upon a time I had a restaurant radio show; my moniker was The Eater Extraordinaire. I’d like to share two great restaurant values with you.
The first is Estiatorio Milos Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan. This is an upscale Canadian fish restaurant that is extremely spendy. You select a whole fish you want to enjoy and they pay for it by the pound (or, by the nose! ) However, the restaurant serves a three-course lunch for $20.11. (It may go up to $20.12 next week.) In my opinion you are getting a $60 meal for $20.11. And since it’s on the third floor, the view of the Las Vegas Strip is to die for. This is without question the best bargain in the city’s high-end eateries.
If you are a more down home type and want to sample great food locals enjoy, try Sonio’s on Charleston west of Valley View. Its signature dish is rotisserie chicken. The average bill is $8. This week you can get a quarter of a chicken with any side for just $5. (Hurry!) Next month you will be able to pay for your meals on your smartphone; you won’t even have to pull out your credit card.
Bon Appetit!
((hugs))
